Fair. Honest. Designed for boutique-level pricing, not fast-fashion markups.


 Why We Don’t Offer Free Return Shipping

Large retailers hide the cost of “free returns” by marking up their clothing prices 20–40%.
We don’t do that.

Because our boutique sources items from multiple international vendors, return labels can cost more than the items themselves. Instead of raising prices for everyone, we keep our prices fair — and customers cover the return shipping when sending items back.

This ensures high-quality styles at an affordable boutique price, without inflated costs.


 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or perfume

  • In original packaging (if applicable)


 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Final Sale items

  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Any item worn or damaged after delivery


 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customers pay return shipping.
This allows us to keep prices lower instead of raising every product price to cover the cost.


 Refunds

Once your item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If an item was damaged or defective, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.
